Guests come to us for a social and pleasant relaxation in everyday life with fun bingo games. All our surplus goes to the association life, which makes our work very meaningful.

BingoRingen was born on December 29, 2017, but the management was active in bingo long before that. Today we have 16 bingo halls across Sweden, and the head office is located in Karlstad.

Job Description:

We are now looking for an employee who can work approximately 18% on schedule and extra as needed. The shifts are scheduled on days, evenings, and weekends. Since we are open every day of the week, the shifts fall on various weekdays.

The tasks include sales, café operations, cash handling, and customer service. It is important to us that customers are the focus and that we provide the best possible service and experience. During your initial period with us, you will undergo training to learn and understand the work. After that, you will work alone during the shifts.

Qualifications:

According to Swedish law (the Gambling Act 2018:1138), there is an age limit of 18 years for gambling in Sweden. With this in mind, we want you to be at least 18 years old when applying for the position. We want you to be service-oriented, attentive, social, and stress-resistant, and have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. It is an advantage if you speak additional languages, but it is not a requirement. A plus is if you have a good sense of numbers and are a quick learner. At BingoRingen in Säffle, we work ourselves during the shifts, so it is important that you can work independently and take your own initiatives. If you have previously worked in customer service and sales, we see it as a merit, but the greatest emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
