About the role:

As a solution architect within ServiceNow, you will be a central part of the development and design of modern solutions to streamline workflows and processes. As an Elite Partner for ServiceNow, we have one of Scandinavia's largest and most qualified consulting groups with nearly 500 dedicated experts. We are now looking for a senior profile who can take a leading role in our team deliveries alongside our experts who develop innovative solutions for our clients.

Your main tasks:

Design and implement advanced solutions within ServiceNow.
Lead role in developing and configuring the platform to meet specific requirements and needs.
Work closely with business departments to understand and translate their operational needs into technical solutions.
Drive technical workshops and consulting towards clients.
Active participation in agile teams and the ability to lead and inspire.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

Several years of experience as an architect within ServiceNow with setup, implementation, development, and configuration within the platform.
Expertise in Javascript, HTML, SQL, and ITIL.
Experience working in agile teams.
Relevant certifications in ServiceNow.
Post-secondary education.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
