Job responsibilities

As a service technician, you will have a daily routine that combines technology, customer contact, and problem-solving. You will start with a thorough introduction and receive the training required to become confident in their products and working methods. During the introduction, you will primarily work in the workshop alongside experienced colleagues who will provide you with support and guidance. As you grow into the role, you will gain greater freedom and responsibility, with the opportunity to work more independently in the field. The role gives you the chance to develop technically and contribute to improving both working methods and customer experience.

• Troubleshooting, service, and repair of professional machines within high-pressure washing, sweeping, and scrubbing machines
• Preparation and inspection of new machines prior to delivery (PDI)
• Refurbishment of used machines
• Support store staff with technical assistance as needed
• Contribute to improving processes and customer experience

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• High school education in technology or equivalent experience
• Work experience as a service technician, mechanic, or similar technical profession
• Driver's license (BE is an advantage)
• Fluent communication in Swedish and basic knowledge of English
