About the role

As a Logistics Support, you will work extensively with administrative tasks in business systems, such as checking contracts, discrepancies, orders, prices, and weights. You will also have daily communication with carriers and participate in and lead transport meetings to secure and develop collaboration with them. Proactive customer dialogue is also an important task to improve customers' logistics solutions. You will thus play a significant role in securing our profitability and will also support internal functions with questions related to transport. Having an interest in and a holistic understanding of the company's business is an important part of the role.

Stena Recycling is constantly working on the development and improvement of routines and working methods, where you are expected to be a driving participant! In your role, you will also be part of a team that is the first point of contact for customers and drivers when they arrive at the branch with materials, as the team is responsible for receiving and weighing incoming and outgoing materials at several branches and also participating in the work with deliveries, all in close collaboration with production staff. We are looking for someone who wants to strengthen the business during the customer's ongoing system change.

About you

We believe that you who are applying are an independent person who thrives in a service-oriented role where you will be the face of the company to its customers. You are good at collaborating, both with customers and colleagues internally, but also have the ability to be clear and set demands when necessary. You prefer to work proactively, taking your own initiatives to drive improvements and stay ahead of challenges in transport.

Furthermore, we see that you have good communication skills, particularly in that you find it easy to talk to different people and understand their perspectives. The company operates at a high pace, with a dynamic and changing environment, so your ability to quickly manage and prioritize tasks is crucial.

Qualifications

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Previous experience in service and ongoing customer contact, preferably within transport and/or logistics
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Driving license B

We consider it an advantage if you have:

  • Education in transport and/or logistics
  • Experience in transport planning or logistics coordination
  • Experience working with follow-up and simpler analyses in Excel

Other information

Start: Immediately – no later than September 1

Location: The work takes place from the office in Örebro, Returgatan 3

Scope: Full-time, weekdays with working hours from 07:00 to 16:00

Employment form: Temporary employment, consulting assignment until March 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension via A-hub
