Sales & Marketing School is Hiring Business Development Assistant
Sales & Marketing School, founded in 1996, is one of Sweden's most important players in higher education in sales and marketing. Our operations consist largely of vocational training, but we also offer online courses and training for companies. Through close collaboration with the industry, we ensure that our training maintains high quality and meets the needs of the labor market. Sales & Marketing School is part of AcadeMedia, Northern Europe's leading education company.
We are looking for a driven and engaged employee to join our team in Stockholm. As an employee with us, you will be part of a wonderful team consisting of two business developers who will lead you, a business development assistant colleague, and two educational leaders.
About the Position
In the role of business development assistant, you will be involved in developing our customer relationships within Vocational Education (YH) by creating new contacts with companies where you present our training and establish and maintain long-term relationships. You will also conduct environmental analyses of interests and skills needs from the business community.
Responsibilities
You will spend a large part of your workday contacting companies via phone, Teams, and email, listening to their needs and informing them about our projects. In addition, administration and strategic work are included. You will work closely with our business developer with the common goal of creating relevant and current YH training programs.

Meritorious:
- Previous experience in relationship-building work, e.g., in service/sales professions
- Customer contacts and experience using the phone as a work tool
- Experience studying at a vocational school/university
- Experience in documentation and administration
- Experience in environmental monitoring
Requirements:
- Ongoing or completed post-secondary education
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
Employment Type
The position is a fixed-term employment.
Period: Now – May 31, 2025
Extent: 50%
Salary type: Hourly wage, 150 SEK/h
Stockholm - hybrid
You will be based at our office at Fridhemsplan, Stockholm, and have the opportunity to work from home occasionally. You also have a flexible arrangement for your working hours during office hours.
