About the role Our client in Spånga, Stockholm, is now looking for an engaged order coordinator! In the role of order coordinator, you will be part of a close-knit team within the supply chain. You will have overall responsibility for the order process, which involves close collaboration with customers, production, and purchasing. The position is full-time with immediate start. For the first 6 months, you will be employed by us at The Place, with a good opportunity for extension or to be taken over by the client company.

Responsibilities As an order coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring a smooth flow between customers, production, and suppliers. Your main tasks include:

• Receiving and registering orders from both customers and production.
• Maintaining continuous dialogue with suppliers and ensuring that delivery plans are followed and updated as needed.
• Responsible for establishing, following up, and managing forecasts.

Qualifications To fit as an order coordinator, we see the following background as suitable:

• Some years of experience in order management
• Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
• Experience working in business systems, preferably SAP, which is a merit
