The Challenge

As a radio engineer, you will be involved in all phases of various projects, from requirements specification to testing and verification. You will work with issues in a range of technology areas such as wave propagation, antenna technology, radio and satellite communication, but also other areas such as networks, security, and operations and maintenance-related issues may arise.

Furthermore, the position involves participating in different phases of the project, which may include requirements specification, evaluation, testing, and verification. Your tasks may also include design/specification work and documentation of maintenance processes.

Most of your work will be carried out at the office in Växjö, although business travel is a natural part of the job. Travel will mainly be national, but trips outside the country's borders may also occur. A large part of the projects is related to the Armed Forces.

Who are you?

The main area of expertise is in radio, but if you also have knowledge in related areas such as operations and maintenance, security, and networks, it is an advantage.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, data/network
• Technical competence
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)

It is advantageous if you have…

• Experience in projects related to the Armed Forces
• Experience in antenna technology or radio communication
