About the position

The position is a permanent employment preceded by a probationary period by agreement.

In your role as a property manager, you will be responsible for the development of our properties. You will also be responsible for developing the value of the properties and our areas in a business-like and customer-oriented manner.

You will contribute to building good relationships with tenants, contractors, and authorities. You will have direct contact with our tenants. You will address property management issues and engage tenants and other local stakeholders to create and maintain a safe and pleasant environment together.

Your profile

You have experience as a property manager and a university, college, or vocational education in property management.

As a person, you enjoy having responsibility, both for the maintenance and condition of the properties, but also for the well-being of tenants. You see the value of planning your work, both independently and with colleagues. In this role, there is a lot of contact with our tenants, so you should have previous experience in customer contact.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in new and renovation projects for residential and commercial properties
• Documented experience and expertise in property law
• An analytical ability to see solutions and development opportunities
• An overall understanding of areas such as electricity, ventilation, heating systems, building technical knowledge, and maintenance planning
• Experience working with relevant digital systems. It is a merit if you have worked with Vitec's various modules.
• Experience in working with local lease agreements and/or lease negotiations is a merit
• Good communication skills in speech and writing
• The role is broad and has many points of contact, making collaboration a central part of your work.

You will be based at our upcoming, newly opened office in Växjö and will be part of a team consisting of property managers, rental administrators, and property technicians. You will report to the Property Manager in Växjö.

More about the position

As a property manager with us, you will work with:

• Establishing maintenance plans, monitoring media consumption, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Rental of premises and responsibility for any adaptations of these

• Budgeting and financial follow-up for the properties you are responsible for

• Customer care and contributing to satisfied tenants

The position is a permanent employment preceded by a probationary period of six months, starting in the spring of 2025.
