AlphaCE has been tasked with finding staff for a company in Norrköping that provides cleaning and service services within hospital environments.

The company is a large international company that offers service services in many different areas, including assignments at hospitals for both cleaning and other service tasks. 

About the job
We are looking for a service-oriented, caring, meticulous, quality-conscious, engaged, and positive cleaner on behalf of our client! 

Your tasks will include performing daily cleaning in hospital facilities and other related service work, as well as maintaining good quality in the work performed.

Here you will work with the latest technology in cleaning in the form of a digital tool on a tablet. There are checklists for the different areas that need to be cleaned. This facilitates seldom-cleaned areas and maintains quality and reporting of deviations.

Requirements
Completed high school or equivalent
Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.
Ability to work in a hospital environment.
Experience in professional cleaning or other service work

Meritorious if you
Have previously worked in a hospital environment
Have SRY, PRYL, or equivalent training
Have a B driver's license

Personal qualities
Be service-oriented, responsible, and meticulous.
Have a high service level and good overview of your cleaning area.
It is important that you are attentive to the customer's needs.
Have an easy time creating good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Ability to work both independently and in a team. 
Enjoy the role of company representative and share the desire to deliver quality and service.

Other
The company provides training (hygiene in hospitals) and introduction for all who will work in hospital cleaning. More training will take place over time.

Employment
Full-time, fixed-term probationary employment for 6 months.
Working hours Monday-Friday 06.00-15.00 and every third weekend according to a rotating schedule.
The company has a collective agreement.

The planned start for the employment is December.
