AlphaCE has been tasked with finding staff for a company in Norrköping that provides cleaning and service services within healthcare environments such as health centers and dental care.

The company is a large international firm that offers service solutions in many different areas, including assignments to perform both cleaning and other service tasks at health centers and dental care in Norrköping and surrounding areas.

About the job
We are looking for a service-oriented, caring, meticulous, quality-conscious, committed, and positive cleaner with a B driver's license on behalf of our client.

Your tasks will include cleaning at various health centers and dental care facilities and other related service work, as well as maintaining good quality in the performed work.
You will travel to different clients using a company car, so a B driver's license is required for the position.

Here, you will work with the latest technology in cleaning using a digital tool on a tablet. There are checklists for the various locations and areas to be cleaned. This facilitates seldom-cleaned areas and maintains quality and reporting of deviations.

Requirements
B driver's license
Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.
Completed high school or equivalent
Ability to work in healthcare environments.
Experience in cleaning or other relevant service work for the client
Ability to handle mobile/tablet

Preferred if you have
Previously worked in healthcare environments
Have SRY, PRYL or equivalent training

Personal qualities
Be service-oriented, responsible, and meticulous.
Have a high service level and good overview of your cleaning area.
It is important that you are attentive to the client's needs.
Have an easy time building good relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Be able to work both independently and in a team. 
Enjoy the role of company representative and share the desire to deliver quality and service.

Other
The company provides training (hygiene in healthcare) and introduction for all who will work with healthcare cleaning. More training will occur over time.

Employment
Full-time, fixed-term probationary employment for 6 months.
Working hours Monday-Friday mainly afternoons/evenings.
The company has a collective agreement.

The planned start for the employment is December.
