About the Role On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Social Media Manager who is both a creative doer and a strategic thinker. You will join a company with a strong brand presence on TikTok and Instagram – and you will take it to the next level. The role is key in the team where initially you will have greater operational responsibility, but in the fall you will transition into a more strategic role as the team grows.

To begin with, you will primarily be operational by producing content, editing, publishing, and leading the tone of voice. After that, you will become more strategic and will build a smaller team under you. You will have great freedom to put your stamp on things, work with strong creators, and be a central part of the company's digital voice in the world.

Your Future Responsibilities In this role, you will work hands-on with content and set the strategy for how the brand continues to grow online. Your responsibilities will range from production to community building.

• Be responsible for and create content primarily for TikTok and Instagram
• Edit, adapt, and cut material from creators and events
• Plan, publish, and optimize posts in real-time based on trends
• Drive and follow up on the social media strategy
• Build a smaller team within social media
• Lead external freelancers for content production
• Work closely with community coordinators and other creative teams
• Travel to document events, meet creators, and create live content

We are looking for someone who Has at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a D2C brand within beauty or fashion. You have proven experience in creating and growing social channels – particularly TikTok and Instagram. You are comfortable in front of the camera, can create content yourself, and have an eye for tone, brand identity, and desirability.

You have worked with brands that have a strong presence on social media and an active online community. You also have experience creating content, editing video, and driving campaigns as part of a team.

Personal Qualities To thrive in this role, you are social, proactive, independent, enjoy working closely with others, and are aware of what is trending right now. An interest in beauty and fashion is a big plus.

Additional Information

• Start: September
• Location: Stockholm, with the possibility to work from home one day a week.
• Scope: Full-time, with flexible working hours and travel within and outside of Sweden.
