About the Company

Solhöjden VA-Teknik AB provides comprehensive sewer maintenance services. The majority of our operations consist of sewer relining with flexible liners, but we also perform mapping, high-pressure cleaning, and inspections independently. We actively work on the development and improvement of new materials and techniques and are hired by property companies, housing cooperatives, and homeowners. Our headquarters is located in Gröndal, and we operate throughout Greater Stockholm.

About the Position

As a relining technician with us, you will work with sewer relining and, to a lesser extent, ventilation. The role requires us to enter private homes, so we place great importance on personal service, good information, and a positive attitude throughout the work process. Your responsibilities will also include digital reporting of assignments to clients and internally.

We are looking for someone who is driven and engaged, with good communication and problem-solving skills. You are a team player and can easily prioritize and work systematically in a often stressful environment. We are currently seeking two new employees: a self-sufficient first technician and a second technician.

You have a strong desire to learn and a good ability to build relationships with both colleagues and clients. Since the job involves some digital reporting, it is important that you see this as a natural part of your workday.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a B driver's license

• Has good computer skills

• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is also advantageous if you

• Master the Step-by-step method

• Have experience with ventilation relining

• Hold a T25 certificate

• Have a high school education in HVAC, construction, or civil engineering

• Have a valid hot work license

• Have undergone hard plastic training and testing

Work Location and Scope

The position is full-time/daytime with the work location in Stockholm.
