We are looking for a Salesperson and Showroom Manager for Porcelanosa's newly opened showroom in Stockholm, for those who want to represent one of Europe's strongest premium brands in interior design.
Do you want to be part of the start when a world-leading design brand establishes itself in Sweden? Porcelanosa is a global player in exclusive interior products, from tiles and bathrooms to kitchens and advanced interior solutions. In September, they will open their very first showroom in Sweden, right in central Stockholm, and are now looking for a salesperson who wants to help build both the location and the customer experience from the ground up.
Here you will work with some of the market's most sought-after products, in an environment where aesthetics, quality, and service are at the center. For those who enjoy premium sales and building strong customer relationships, this is a unique opportunity to become part of a well-renowned and growing international brand.
About the role
As the person responsible for Porcelanosa's showroom in Stockholm, you are the face of the company to customers – both private individuals, architects, and interior designers. You are responsible for meeting the customer with professionalism, curiosity, and a genuine interest in interior design and holistic solutions. You are the one who makes our showroom lively and welcoming, and you play a crucial role in establishing the brand in Sweden. The work is scheduled from Monday to Saturday, which means you will work some weekends according to a rotating schedule.
Your work will be characterized by:
- Consultation and sales of exclusive products in kitchens, bathrooms, tiles, and interiors
- Building relationships and trust with customers who value quality and design
- Responsibility for the daily operation of the showroom – from opening to closing
We are looking for someone who is:
- Self-driven, responsible, and used to taking initiative
- Confident in the role of advisory salesperson – you listen and adapt to the customer's needs
- Interested in design, interior, and aesthetics
- Accustomed to working towards sales targets and creating business through long-term relationships
- An ambassador for quality and service
Your background:
- Experience in selling premium products, preferably within interior design, design, or construction-related products
- It is an advantage if you have experience selling, for example, bathrooms, tiles, or kitchens – but it is not a requirement
- You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
- Accustomed to working in showrooms, stores, or with B2C sales, preferably in a consultative sales environment
Porcelanosa offers:
- A unique opportunity to help build Porcelanosa's presence in Sweden from the ground up
- Fixed salary with bonus opportunities
- International environment with training and support from the headquarters in Spain
- A company with a strong brand, high-quality products, and ambitious expansion plans in the Nordics
