About the position

As a property technician, you will have ongoing responsibility for corrective maintenance for approximately 300 apartments in Avesta and surrounding areas, as well as assist with issues related to operations and operational optimization.

Examples of tasks

• Receive, manage, and resolve maintenance requests
• Routine inspections and checks
• Ordering and follow-up of repairs and maintenance actions
• Supervision of HVAC-related systems
• Apartment inspections
• Maintenance of indoor and outdoor environments
• Energy optimization of properties

Requirements for the position

As a person, it is of utmost importance that you are service-minded. You see good customer service as a given. Proactivity and a solution-focused approach are other important qualities we believe you possess. Previous experience in the property industry is required to fit this role. If you have a technical education, this knowledge will be beneficial, and knowledge regarding HVAC/control systems and/or electrical work is also advantageous.

• Driver's license B
• IT skills - handling of computers, related programs/systems, and mobile devices.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written
