THE ROLE As a Head Waiter, you lead the daily operations & are present on-site when it happens. You are confident in yourself, see solutions, and potential paths forward for guests and staff. As the team captain during your shift, you are structured, quality-assure processes, and ensure the highest quality is maintained.
