Kitchen Assistant for the Production Kitchen at Motala Hospital, Extra as Needed

As a kitchen assistant at Sodexo, you are a team player and a food waste fighter. The role includes standard restaurant tasks such as food preparation, dishwashing, setting tables, and providing the best service to patients and healthcare staff.

Sodexo AB is responsible for the meal operations on behalf of Region Östergötland at Motala Hospital. Within the operation, we prepare food for patients and our restaurant Västgyllen, we handle goods sent to the departments, and we deliver catering.

What you will be working on

• Together with us, you will provide the highest quality for a positive dining experience
• Food preparation by following and cooking basic recipes, portioning, self-control according to HACCP, working in dishwashing, and performing tasks typical of large-scale kitchens

• Good knowledge of cooking, preferably with previous experience
• High service level and good teamwork skills
