VIASALES is looking for a structured and dedicated Project Manager! Are you an engaged leader who enjoys a varied job and is flexible with traveling and being away from home? As the Project Manager for the field department at Viasales, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating our on-site projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that our field salespeople's work is efficient and of high quality. Your tasks include:

• Planning, organizing, and driving field projects from start to finish.
• Leading and motivating field salespeople to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ensuring that teams have the right conditions to succeed, including tools and information.
• Managing logistics and travel for field projects.
• Following up on results and reporting to management, as well as continuously working on improvements.

• Has experience in project management, preferably in sales or similar areas.
• Has experience in sales within telecommunications companies. 
• Is flexible and comfortable being away from home during the weeks.
• Is a natural leader who can inspire and build teams.
• Has good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Is solution-oriented, communicative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Has experience leading teams in the field or while traveling.
