We are currently looking for a breakfast host/hostess to join our dedicated team. As a breakfast host/hostess, you bring a refined sense of hospitality, a customer-focused approach, and a genuine passion for enhancing the dining experience alongside our vibrant Food & Beverage team. Your drive to create memorable moments for our guests makes you a valuable asset to the team.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support the smooth operation of the F&B department and ensure that the entire guest experience is delivered to the highest quality
- Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort by providing a positive and prompt response to guests' questions and requests
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure that work is performed professionally and within deadlines
- Contribute to achieving departmental goals and hotel initiatives
- Collaborate with your immediate supervisor to ensure costs and inventory are kept under control and that productivity and results meet set levels
- Build and maintain effective working relationships and promote the company’s culture and values
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and guidelines by planning, documenting, and following up on procedures in accordance with best practices and requirements from internal and external audits
Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage service is an asset but not a requirement
- Hands-on with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
- Committed to delivering outstanding service with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
- High personal integrity and thrive in an environment where excellence is expected
- Experience working with IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills
