We are currently looking for a breakfast host/hostess to join our dedicated team. As a breakfast host/hostess, you bring a refined sense of hospitality, a customer-focused approach, and a genuine passion for enhancing the dining experience alongside our vibrant Food & Beverage team. Your drive to create memorable moments for our guests makes you a valuable asset to the team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support the smooth operation of the F&B department and ensure that the entire guest experience is delivered to the highest quality
• Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort by providing a positive and prompt response to guests' questions and requests
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure that work is performed professionally and within deadlines
• Contribute to achieving departmental goals and hotel initiatives
• Collaborate with your immediate supervisor to ensure costs and inventory are kept under control and that productivity and results meet set levels
• Build and maintain effective working relationships and promote the company’s culture and values
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and guidelines by planning, documenting, and following up on procedures in accordance with best practices and requirements from internal and external audits

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service is an asset but not a requirement
• Hands-on with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
• Committed to delivering outstanding service with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
• High personal integrity and thrive in an environment where excellence is expected
• Experience working with IT systems on various platforms
• Strong communication skills
