We are now looking for a team leader in electrical engineering for Lambertsson in Västerås to lead a team of electricians and drive exciting projects forward. As a team leader at Lambertsson, you will have a varied role where you combine technical knowledge with leadership, and you will be a central part of the company's growth journey.

About the role

In the role of team leader at Lambertsson in Västerås, you will lead a team of 4–5 electricians in a rapidly developing project environment. The team is expanding, and you will play a key role in this growth by coordinating work and building strong relationships with customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating a team of electricians
• Planning daily work and coordinating resources as well as communicating with customers
• Responsible for invoicing, accounting, and other financial matters
• Independently managing projects as well as bids and pricing
• Having daily customer contact and solving problems that arise in projects
• Participating in and leading production meetings, project follow-ups, and training
• Administering projects, work orders, and managing payroll and time systems

You will report to the District Manager for Electrical Engineering.

To qualify for the role of team leader, we see that you have:

• Documented electrician training
• Many years of experience as an electrician
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
