About the role

As a Preventive Maintenance Technician, you are a central part of our PM team and work to plan, prepare, and execute preventive maintenance on our production facilities. You work closely with the maintenance manager, service leaders, and other support functions to ensure that the machines are in optimal condition and that set operational reliability goals are achieved.

The role combines practical work with documentation and technical analysis, and you will help develop routines, instructions, and methods for preventive maintenance work.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Prepare maintenance actions according to the annual plan

• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment

• Act as a technical leader during the execution of planned PM

• Report machine status and provide feedback on completed work to service leaders

• Prepare corrective maintenance after completed PM actions

• Analyze reported actions and suggest improvements

• Create and update instructions related to PM work

• Create and update AM schedule

• Deliver key figures and follow-ups related to PM

• Order tasks from internal support functions and external suppliers

We are looking for someone who has:

Qualifications:

• 5-year technical maintenance education (or equivalent experience)

• Experience in preventive maintenance within an industrial environment

• Knowledge in reading technical drawings

• Ability to work independently, with organizational skills and good planning ability

• Good proficiency in MS Office and experience with maintenance systems

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in geometric measurement or vibration measurement

• Experience in bearing and sealing technology

• Experience in measurement and technical documentation

• Previous experience in a similar role within industry

The position is a permanent employment with start date according to agreement.
