About the role As a salesperson at Ballingslöv, you are a key person in our store and an important part of realizing customers' visions for their homes. You will build lasting relationships, create tailored solutions, and contribute to providing customers with an extraordinary experience. Here are some of the tasks you will have:

  • Contribute with a cheerful attitude that makes both customers and colleagues feel seen, appreciated, and welcomed.
  • Sell and design kitchens, bathrooms, and storage solutions according to Ballingslöv's sales process and methodology.
  • Actively work to always exceed customer expectations by maintaining a close and personal dialogue with customers throughout the purchasing journey.
  • Conduct home visits and aftersales visits, where you continue to be a trusted advisor for our customers.
  • Project manage and ensure that our customers get exactly what they need in each project – from security packages to contractor services.
  • Ensure high concept compliance by maintaining a good order in the exhibition and store.

Experiences and prerequisites:

  • Sales experience is an advantage, preferably within retail.
  • You speak and write Swedish fluently.

Job information Employment type: Permanent full-time position, with working hours distributed on weekdays and every other weekend. Salary: Fixed monthly salary during the introductory period (3 months), thereafter completely commission-based salary. Location: The store in InfraCity, Upplands Väsby Start date: August or according to agreement.
