Svensk Fastighetsförmedling is now looking for a part-time photographer (50%) for the areas of Tranås, Eksjö & Nässjö. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of an engaged team with high ambitions and a focus on collaboration!

ABOUT THE ROLE As a photographer with us, you will support the real estate agents in photographing and filming apartments, highlighting the best in each property in an honest and genuine way.

You will independently visit clients to photograph and film everything from apartments, villas, and holiday homes. In this role, you will benefit from your creative side while also utilizing your sense of structure and order.

You will work across all three municipalities in a 50% position. Work will take place during office hours, and the schedule will be developed in consultation with the franchisee. Some evening work may occur as needed.

You value aesthetics, color, form, and interior design, and have an eye for detail. You have a strong sense of service and enjoy meeting new people in a sales-oriented environment.

We focus on teamwork and operate under the belief that teams win together! You will be an important part of the offices and have daily contact with our agents, whom you will support with photography.

REQUIREMENTS

• Several years of experience as a photographer, with experience in property/apartment photography being a plus
• Experience in filming is preferred
• Driver's license and own car required
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Residing in Tranås/Eksjö/Nässjö
