We are looking for someone who wants to engage in the role of Service Manager at our facility in Partille. 

The role involves driving our service workshop towards our vision of becoming the obvious choice for car and workshop customers in the area. You actively and hands-on lead the daily operations and are a present manager in every way. You are responsible for budget, results, and development of the operations and ensure that quality and profitability goals are met. 

We are looking for someone who:

• Drives and develops the business for sustainable growth and efficiency

• Contributes to strengthening and preserving the culture we have built together

In addition to operational responsibility, you have overall responsibility for the staff group, which currently consists of service technicians and service advisors. 

You will also have a local responsibility for the operations in Partille.

We want you to have a technical background and be driven to develop and lead a business, preferably with several years of leadership experience from similar operations. You should have knowledge and understanding of all processes in a service workshop. Your knowledge in personnel and work environment areas will be beneficial, and it is desirable that you have knowledge in workshop law.

We see it as an advantage if you have good knowledge of the vehicle data systems Kobra and CABAS.  To succeed in this role, you need to be a natural coach with an economic mindset that understands the connection between engaged employees and good results in the business. You take advantage of what works well while being attentive and driven by what is called KAIZEN in Toyota's world – continuous improvement.

Maintaining high quality and creating long-term customer relationships is important to you. You have good planning and prioritization skills, approach challenges in a forward-leaning manner, and have a natural ability to create a good atmosphere and teamwork.
