About the role As an Operations Coordinator with us, you will be the hub of our logistics machinery. You will have an overview of our production flows and ensure that each order goes through our systems and automation solutions as it should. It is a fast-paced and solution-oriented role where you will spend most of your time close to production on the floor, working closely with our teams in Morgongåva and other parts of Apotea, such as Rx, customer service, and the tech team. In this position, you do not have personnel responsibility, but you will lead managers. Your focus will be on planning production, allocating resources, identifying and solving problems – and ensuring that we meet our deadlines. You will also be involved in driving improvements to make our flows even smarter and more efficient. Location: Morgongåva, no hybrid work offered Employment type: Permanent full-time position, with a 6-month probation period Working hours: 2 weekends a month, working 06:30-18:30. Other times you will work 13:00-01:00 and on Thursdays from 14:00-21:00 Reports to: Logistics Manager Start: As soon as possible by agreement Your tasks

• Production planning and resource allocation to maximize flow
• Monitor our systems (Lima, Wamas, Lighthouse, etc.) and act quickly in case of deviations
• Provide operational support in Rx order management and ensure delivery to customers
• Resolve production challenges in both software and hardware, in close collaboration with IT and service teams
• Lead and support staff towards our production goals – we win as a team!
• Follow up and ensure that improvement projects reach their goals
• Act as backup in various management functions as needed
• Provide constructive feedback to development teams and report deviations

• Good system skills, preferably from Lima, Wamas, Autostore, or similar
• Strong understanding of logistics flows – from picking lists to shipping
• Strong social skills – you enjoy both giving and receiving feedback
