Are you a technology-oriented problem solver with experience in turning, milling, and CAD/CAM? At Purple Recruitment & Interim, we are now looking for a production technician for one of our clients in Gnosjö. A modern industrial company with a long tradition, strong forward momentum, and a high technical level. About the role

In this position, you will work operationally and be an active part of the production. You will support daily operations by optimizing machine settings, developing machining methods, and contributing to efficient workflows. The work is carried out in close collaboration with operators and technical staff, and you will be involved in both improvement work and problem-solving directly on the shop floor. You will use CAD and CAM tools in your work, primarily to create and adjust programs for lathes and milling machines.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with previous experience in turning and milling technology, preferably in combination with programming and work in a CAM environment. You have knowledge of CAD and enjoy being close to the operations where production is taking place. As a person, you are solution-oriented, responsible, and have an easy time collaborating with both operators and technicians. You thrive in a role where you can influence, improve, and develop while keeping your feet firmly on the shop floor.
