Southside Pub, a classic English pub on Hornsgatan in Stockholm, is now looking for an experienced Sous Chef with operational responsibility. We see that you are a good team player, thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment, and are quality-conscious.

With us, you will have the opportunity to contribute your knowledge and experience in an environment where your creativity and engagement are appreciated. Working hours are scheduled in the evenings during the pub's opening hours, and you will largely work independently in the kitchen.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a passion for English pub food and experience in English cuisine
Is quality-conscious
Has at least 2-4 years of professional experience working as a Sous Chef with significant operational responsibility.
Is eager to exceed guests' and colleagues' expectations
Is structured, organized, and has good teamwork skills
Is used to working independently and in operations.
