We are currently looking for service-oriented individuals with experience in the service industry for exciting assignments with our clients throughout the Stockholm area. Your workplace will be at one of the larger car dealerships where your main focus will be on the workshop's customers.

Your responsibilities:

In the role of customer receptionist/service advisor, you are the face of the company, and you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service. You will work with case management systems, CRM systems, and Excel, and your primary tools will be the phone and computer, where you will communicate via chat, email, and calls.

Your qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you need to be service-oriented, quick to learn, and have the ability to find solutions. You should be positive, energetic, and able to perform at a high level even under heavy workloads and during different seasons. Patience and the ability to handle stress are important. Accuracy, structure, and the ability to provide feedback to customers and colleagues are crucial. We also appreciate that you are efficient and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

We would like you to..

• Have a few years of work experience in a service role or similar position
• Have good computer skills and easily adapt to new systems
• Have excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
• Hold a B driver's license

Application and start date:

This is a full-time position with immediate start, and working hours are scheduled during the day from Monday to Friday and may vary between 7-16 or 9-18 depending on the assignment.
