In the role of customer service representative, you will be the face of this car dealer's workshop and represent the company with your friendly demeanor.

Job Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will be in contact with the workshop's customers by phone for booking appointments, as well as during the drop-off/pick-up of their cars. An important part of the job is to always provide the customer with a pleasant and professional greeting and ensure that the customer's wishes are fulfilled.

Your tasks will include booking customers for workshop visits via phone, receiving and handing over cars, and processing payments. Your work will take place in the workshop's computer system as well as via phone and email.

Your Profile We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a service-oriented profession. It is of utmost importance that you have the ability to provide excellent service and a truly good customer experience. Important qualities for success in this role include an efficient work style, the ability to take initiative, and being flexible in your work. You can handle a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You are someone who is passionate about providing great service and always strives to exceed customer expectations. As a person, you are social and have an easy time collaborating with others. You have a positive attitude that easily rubs off on your colleagues and surely also on your customers. In this position, you will face various challenges and situations, but with your mindset, you will always find solutions that brighten the customer's day. You are attentive and adapt to each person's personality and needs, and you excel at building personal relationships with customers. Application and Start Date This is a full-time position, starting immediately. Working hours are scheduled during daytime Monday to Friday.
