Previous experience is desired
We are now looking for a physically strong and positive team player with previous experience in leading kitchen staff. You are a flexible, proactive, and committed person with a great passion for cooking. We would like you to have good communication skills and a coaching leadership style. You have documented knowledge of food hygiene and safety and the ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner even under stress. Your tasks include leading and distributing work in the daily operations in consultation with the Functional Manager. Coaching and motivating kitchen staff and ensuring that all hygiene and quality routines are followed. In consultation with the Functional Manager, you will also support purchasing, goods reception, and inventory management. Your tasks also include being part of the operational work in the kitchen, including preparation and cooking. Working hours are distributed in shifts and weekends.
Preferred qualifications: * Culinary education or other relevant education in the restaurant field * B driver's license and car
