JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for nursing assistants/care assistants, caregivers, personal assistants, and supervisors. Work in healthcare and social services means assisting the user according to their individual needs in personal care, meal situations, transfers, activities, etc. The work also includes documenting the users' conditions and the measures you perform. We will place great emphasis on case management.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma in healthcare and/or interest and experience in working within healthcare and social services and developing this. We value that you have experience in similar work as well as good collaboration skills and a professional attitude.

We place great importance on personal suitability, which means you are flexible and secure in your professional role, and can work independently as well as in a group.

You work closely with users, and therefore you should have a great interest in people, patience, and the ability to understand the users' situation. An important task is to support the healthy aspects of the users, which means providing them with support and encouragement to do what they can manage themselves. It is taken for granted that you have a good approach towards users and their relatives.

We would like you to have knowledge of minority languages, such as Sami, Meänkieli, or Finnish. In some workplaces, a B driver's license is required.
