We are looking for you!

As a cold kitchen chef at Sala Silvergruva, you will be an important part of our team and contribute to creating fantastic experiences for our guests.

In this role, you will prepare and cook food based on a varied selection and concept. You will also be involved in planning, ordering, and development work to continuously improve our offerings. Through close collaboration with other professional roles in the business, you contribute to creating extraordinary overall experiences.

The work may involve handling equipment, transporting raw materials, and working in environments that require endurance and good physical capacity. We expect you to be comfortable with this and have a positive attitude towards working in an active and dynamic work environment.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Strives to deliver world-class hospitality by meeting our guests in the best possible way, every day and in all situations.
  • Has experience in cooking (knowledge of baking or pastry is an advantage).
  • Has a desire to learn about our fascinating history to convey the unique feeling of the place to our guests.
  • Works efficiently and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle varying tasks.
  • Is flexible and creative in your work and has a positive attitude towards new challenges.
  • Has good collaboration skills and sees opportunities in a varied and sometimes challenging work environment.
  • Has a genuine interest in developing and contributing to the success of the business.
  • Is flexible and willing to help in other parts of the business when needed.
Practical information:

The summer season runs from June to August, with the greatest need for staff from June 23 to August 10. Work is scheduled with varying hours that may include early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

For all seasonal positions, mandatory training starts in April. The extent of the training varies depending on the position, and some elements require you to participate physically on site.
