Are you ready to provide our guests with a fantastic experience? As a service host at Sala Silvergruva, you will be an important part of our team, where you meet our guests with exceptional service every day. You will work in the restaurant, café, souvenir shop, and trading posts with varying tasks.

• Deliver world-class hospitality: You greet our guests in the best possible way, every day and in all situations.
• Sales: You are responsible for the sale of food, snacks, souvenirs, and tickets.
• Food and snack preparations: You assist with simple preparations, such as setting up snacks for display or preparing hearty sandwiches.
• Serve and maintain order: You serve food and snacks, clear away, and handle dishes to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Guest information: You work from a central location on the site and are often the one who conveys practical information and answers our guests' questions.
• Efficiency, collaboration, and flexibility: You work efficiently and collaborate with colleagues to ensure that work flows smoothly. You are also prepared to assist in other areas of the operation when needed.

Has a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences and thrives in a dynamic work environment. You have an eye for detail, see what needs to be done, and keep the work going without losing pace. You work both independently and in a team with a positive attitude.

We also see that you have a desire to learn about our fascinating history to convey the unique feeling of the place to our guests. Additionally, you have good physical ability, as the work involves a lot of standing and moving around.

Experience in sales or service is an advantage, but the most important thing is your willingness to learn and contribute to the overall experience.

The summer season runs from June to August, with the greatest need for staff from June 23 to August 10. Work is scheduled with varying hours that may include early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

For all seasonal positions, mandatory training starts in April. The extent of the training varies depending on the position, and some elements require you to participate physically on-site.
