About the role

As a branch manager/location manager with us, you will take overall responsibility for our operations in plumbing and industrial piping in Svappavaara and Kiruna. You will lead with both strategic focus and operational presence, actively working to plan and organize the team's work.

Your most important task will be to further develop our position in the market by:

• Building and strengthening our team – coaching, inspiring, and creating a work environment where employees thrive and develop.
• Developing long-term customer relationships – ensuring high customer satisfaction and participating in market development, sales, and bidding work.
• Driving profitable growth – achieving set goals and identifying new business opportunities.

In this role, you will also actively work on projects alongside your leadership duties.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, curious, and business-oriented, with a strong ability to combine strategic thinking with operational action. Equally important is your operational ability and that you are motivated to drive change and make things happen.

As a leader, you are coaching and pragmatic with the ability to build a pleasant and successful environment for your employees. You focus on profitable growth and are driven by creating customer value and pathways forward together with others.

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Experience in leading and coaching teams.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Documented experience in market development, sales, and bidding work.

Desirable

• Engineering degree with relevant specialization.
• Experience in the plumbing industry and work as a plumbing consultant.
