About the role
As Operations Support, you will support production and ensure that the flow operates efficiently throughout the day. In contact with internal and external parties, you will ensure that incoming orders are handled correctly and dispatched on time. You manage the booking system for incoming and outgoing deliveries and receive drivers, giving you a comprehensive view of the flows.
A typical day at work involves entering orders into the system and following up to ensure the order is correct or if discrepancies occur. In case of discrepancies, you will be responsible for inventory work where you investigate where the discrepancies are. You actively work with balance security and ensure that all customers receive their agreed reports on a daily basis.
To carry out this work effectively, you will also maintain close communication with DFDS warehouse staff who perform the daily operations. You will also assist with the systems managed on-site.

Your profile
You are structured and meticulous, which allows you to handle varying workdays effectively – especially during the startup of new projects. We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented and flexible, with the ability to quickly switch between different tasks. Above all, you contribute energy and commitment that drives our common goal: to create Sweden's best warehouse.
We would like you to have:
- Experience in logistics and/or warehousing
- Experience working in warehouse systems, preferably Ongoing or LEA
- Good administrative skills and familiarity with the Office suite (especially Excel)
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Great emphasis will be placed on your personality and ability to fit into the team.
We would like you to have
- Relevant experience in logistics and/or warehousing
- Familiarity with working in warehouse systems, preferably in Ongoing and/or LEA
- Good administrative skills
- Good computer skills, including the Office suite (mainly Excel)
- Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The position is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Mobile Consultant:
You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work out with our clients. Being a mobile consultant means being employed by us at DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, where your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and placement may occur before the final application date.
