WHO IS FRAM?

At FRAM, we are completely convinced that working in a restaurant is one of the world's most fun jobs. The energy, the colleagues, and the guests. Working with food and drinks is, in our opinion, far better than dull office jobs and tired administrative work in every respect.

We are a personal staffing company that works exclusively within the hotel and restaurant industry and view companies and staff a little differently. We appreciate our employees and are genuinely passionate about this.

We have several hundred employees, a dozen offices, and we are doing great.

Of course, we are an authorized staffing company, members of Visita, and affiliated with collective agreements.

We have successfully taken over large parts of the market in Gothenburg, Malmö, and now FRAM has truly established itself here in Stockholm since 2023 with several experienced colleagues in the office who know the industry in every respect. We are investing heavily and intend to become the absolute best employer for us industry professionals in the hotel and restaurant sector. Everything we do is transparent, open, honest, and we skip the nonsense.

FRAM chooses who we work with. Our clients range from nice neighborhood restaurants, leading hotel chains, good corporate restaurants, and conference facilities where the common denominator is that they are decent workplaces, with clean and well-maintained kitchens and a good atmosphere.

We do not make short-term decisions, and everyone who joins us we intend to work with for many years to come, whether they are our colleagues or our clients.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You will be employed by us at FRAM and work at various locations across the city. Sometimes you may work at several different workplaces in a week or take on a long-term assignment at the same place. You will receive assignment proposals in good time, you go out and work with our clients, and you receive your salary from us. Quite straightforward. We see our job as a craft, and we are the best at what we do.

You have complete freedom to choose how you want to work. Only daytime weekdays? No problem. Want to work only evenings? Absolutely. Want to always be off on certain days of the week? We can arrange that! With us, you take time off or vacation WHEN YOU WANT! We don’t care if it’s during the busy holiday season or if you find a good and cheap last-minute trip and want to be off on short notice.

If we, for some reason, have no assignment just that day or evening you were available for work, you will still receive your salary. Good, right?

We adapt to you, where you live, how you want to work, and what type of cooking you want to work with (no bullshit). Everything else is pretty much as you think, and we will dive deep into how everything works at our meeting here on Västmannagatan in the city.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for you who want to be a crucial piece of the puzzle for golden assignments with permanent employment after a couple of months of probation with top pay.

FRAM is looking for you who are whole and clean, have a few years of experience as a cold kitchen staff, and know most of the basics. You don’t need to be super qualified or have worked at a star restaurant, but your knives should be sharp and your shoes quick.

Let’s be honest. Almost all restaurants, catering services, hotels, or conference facilities cook pretty much the same type of food in pretty much the same way with pretty much the same routines with pretty much the same suppliers, so getting into the swing of things with our clients can be a bit nerve-wracking on the first day but is simple, exciting, and often really fun.

Since all our clients' head chefs are good people, they will take good care of you when you are on the job and make sure you feel welcome. You will get to know many other good people when you work with us.

With us, you rarely find yourself in a tough spot, but you should be able to tackle a micelist and understand how things work here in the city, whether you want to work at a nice lunch spot, a flashy banquet dinner, or something hardcore à la carte.

Everyone who works with us here at FRAM is quite skilled at their job, and most importantly, everyone who works with us is just good people. We don’t have any difficult personalities, no annoying bosses, no one yelling or tired people here. We don’t take just anyone.

Otherwise, you are just social enough, can chat, and genuinely enjoy your profession.
