Regionservice is the service administration of Region Skåne and is tasked with providing the best conditions for the Skåne healthcare system to ensure that patients receive good and safe care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.

We are now welcoming service hosts and cleaners. The work takes place in a hospital environment.

As a service host, your task is to relieve the healthcare staff of tasks that do not require medical training. The position includes work in the kitchen, where the service host prepares food/snacks for patients, brews coffee, handles dishes, and orders food. Cleaning in departments, which may involve cleaning offices, patient rooms, discharge cleanings, toilets, etc., as well as restocking various supplies, is also part of the service host's duties. In the cleaner position, tasks include cleaning offices, reception areas, and common areas.

Since we operate Monday to Sunday, working hours may include both weekend and evening shifts. Working hours can vary from as early as 06:00 to as late as 21:00.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has good computer skills. The position requires very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. SRY, Danish hygiene standards, and/or INSTA800 are advantageous. For the service host position, it is beneficial to have completed our internal training for service hosts. It is also advantageous if you have work experience in food handling, other training/work experience in cleaning/kitchen, as well as experience in other service professions.

The work is independent and therefore places high demands on initiative and responsibility. Working in a hospital environment also requires great precision and humility, as you will be in a setting where people are particularly vulnerable. A good reception and a high level of service are crucial for the patient's hospital stay, which is why we see that you are positive and accommodating. You are passionate about delivering high service and want to help create a good and pleasant care environment for Skåne's patients. Great emphasis will also be placed on personal suitability.
