About Villa HavsglimtVilla Havsglimt in Skummeslövsstrand in Laholm is a newly built residence for individuals with mental and/or physical disabilities who are 30 years or older. We offer both short-term care and longer placements. Here, residents live close to nature and the sea. The facility has a total of 60 apartments with a shared party room, hairdressing salon, and access to a lovely garden and nature park in the vicinity. It is close to public transport and services. We are now looking for nursing assistants for our somatic short-term department and our somatic elderly care department.

• We apply a rolling six-week schedule. This means that you as an employee have the opportunity to influence your own working hours based on needs and preferences.

• You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operation. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.

• We have an activity coordinator who organizes and conducts activities for the residents several times a week.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their way of living and their habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people. You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important.
