We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a head waiter and successfully led serving staff to achieve the restaurant's goals. You are skilled in coaching and allocating tasks in the restaurant, maintaining a high pace and level of service. With confidence, you take table reservations, orders, and greet our guests with a smile at the entrance.

You plan table reservations, create seating plans, and are flexible in your work towards our guests and colleagues. To ensure our brand and positive reputation, you handle guest complaints and ensure follow-up. You have experience in cash closing, accounting, and closing procedures. When the restaurant manager is not present, you take full responsibility.

You are a natural leader, have a positive attitude, and have the ability to create a pleasant atmosphere and work joy among the staff you are responsible for. You have worked as a head waiter for at least 3 years and are familiar with various table booking and cash systems. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. German and other languages are a plus.
