Responsible Position Available at Grinda Cottages in Stockholm Archipelago

Grinda Cottages is looking for a responsible individual who wants to mix work and pleasure every day. If you have experience managing a cottage village or campground and love to ensure guests have the best stay ever, then you are the one we are looking for!

What You Will Do

As the Responsible at Grinda Cottages, you will work closely with the operations manager for Grinda Sea Lodge & Cottages to create memorable stays for our cottage visitors.

Welcome guests with open arms and big smiles.
Ensure all cottages and hygiene facilities are clean and ready for new guests.
Keep track of maintenance and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Coordinate with other lovely colleagues and sometimes step in where needed the most.
Work in varying seasons from start-up in spring to peak season in summer and finally closure in autumn.

What We Are Looking For

In order to fit perfectly into the role and our team, we would like you to have:

Education or experience in tourism, hotel management, or similar. The important thing is that you have a great heart for service and guests.
Experience in accommodation management. If you have worked at a campground, guesthouse, or hotel before, it is a big plus.
Responsibility and good leadership qualities and experiences.
Interest and knowledge in nature and outdoor activities. We love when our employees are truly passionate about what we do out here in nature.
You should have good language skills, especially in English but also German is advantageous, and some craftsmanship skills are a plus.
