As an area manager at Samhall, you hold a key position in our organization where you are responsible for employees, customer relations, as well as daily operations and management, which entails a varied, exciting, and operational work.

As an area manager, you will be directly subordinate to the local operations manager.

About the position
You have a clear responsibility for developing your employees and matching the right employees to the right assignments. You also work on coaching your employees towards new jobs outside of Samhall, which is one of your most important goals. Coaching includes motivating, making corporate contacts for recruitment collaborations, and creating conditions for development through work and education.

In the customer responsibility, you are expected to develop cooperation with both existing and new customers. Depending on the nature and size of the assignments, as an area manager, you are responsible for one or several assignments. As responsible for the operation, you ensure that the right person is in the right place and actively work to ensure a good work environment and satisfied customer.

This position may involve working with one of our clients where security clearance is required.

Who are you and what drives you?
You are passionate about leadership and believe in people's ability to develop. As a leader, you have the ability to develop and coach your employees and can match the right person to the right assignment. You are used to working goal- and result-oriented; both for your own performance but also in the larger perspective where you focus on the district's and region's development and success.

You have a business-minded approach and know that satisfied customers are created through good deliveries and good relationships. One of your absolute strengths is to create and develop good relationships externally as well as internally.

We are looking for someone who has:
• Leadership experience with personnel responsibility
• Experience in sales and customer relations with good results
• Experience in operational work with personnel and customers
• Industry experience in cleaning services is advantageous
• At least a high school education
