As a Service Technician, you will load and unload machinery, handle returns, conduct damage inspections, clean and perform functional checks on machines, as well as carry out certain repairs. In this role, you will work with our entire rental range consisting of construction machinery, lifts, and construction equipment. You will be responsible for documentation and follow-up of your service cases to ensure that we can deliver the highest quality on our machines.

This is a one-year substitute position with the possibility of extension.

• B driver's license 
• good knowledge of Swedish and English 
• good computer skills 

We prefer that you have experience in practical work focused on providing service, but the most important thing is that you enjoy providing good service, are practical, curious, and have a willingness to learn new things. 

You take responsibility and deliver high quality in your work. We want our customers to talk about you as a person they trust and who will handle all situations, even the stressful ones, with confidence and a desire for the customer to be satisfied. If problems arise, you need to address it, communicate, and seek information and support in finding a solution. This leads to satisfied and returning customers. 

Product training will be provided by us upon employment. It is advantageous if you have a forklift license.
