Viljan in Söderhamn

In Söderhamn, a stone's throw from each other, you will find two of Viljan's fine facilities within Residential Care Homes (HVB) focusing on adults with substance abuse issues and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as the basis for our treatment interventions.

Viljan Säviq

Säviq offers qualified care and treatment with a special focus on women with substance abuse issues and comorbidity aged 23-75 years.

Viljan SelfHelp

Selfhelp is located in the same area as Säviq and operates in addiction care, welcoming adults from 18 years, both men and women.

As both our facilities are currently seeking experienced nurses, we are jointly looking for 1-2 new colleagues who want to work closely with each other and between our facilities in the role of a nurse.

We look forward to welcoming you as a licensed nurse who is confident in your role based on previous work experience. In the facility, there is only one nurse, which requires independence and flexibility. As a nurse in each facility, you work closely with each other and between the facilities.

As a nurse with us, you will have a varied job with diverse tasks where you work on an individual basis based on varying medical conditions, mental health, and diagnostic issues. In your work, you contribute to increasing the quality of life for our clients on a daily basis, where you also make assessments and decisions on measures in acute situations.

Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse and have worked for a few years. You have an interest in treatment work and preferably experience from work in HVB and addiction care. Our work is based on our clients, and therefore, great importance is attached to personal suitability.

As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, positive, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize and contribute with solutions within the team. Even though the work is independent, it is important that you possess good teamwork skills. You are motivated to work together with your colleagues in the team to create high-quality care for those staying with us.

• Licensed nurse

• Driver's license (B)

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech as well as writing

• Previous work experience of at least 2 years as a nurse

• Previous experience in private care

• Further education in psychiatry

• Experience in HVB for adults

• Experience with the specific target group of women is highly advantageous

• Experience in addiction care
