Jamtli is looking for employees/actors for Jamtli Historieland

At Jamtli Historieland, both history and the open-air museum are brought to life through role-playing for and with visitors. We are looking for someone who wants to give Jamtli's visitors experiences from a different time! The eras range from 1785 to 1975.

For the summer of 2025, we are looking for many different professional categories. At Jamtli Historieland, you can work as, for example, a maid, gas station owner, forest worker, mountain dairy maid, photographer, amusement park owner, farmer, shop assistant, Green Wave enthusiast, or someone from the well-known trio Magnus, Brasse, and Eva from the TV series 'Fem myror är fler än fyra elefanter'.

We want you to portray history as it may have been! For the summer of 2025, we are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people of all ages and has knowledge of or experience in drama, role-playing, LARP, or stage performance. Or perhaps you have experience in traditional agriculture, forestry, crafts, or hand milking? You may have knowledge of ethnology, history, or pedagogy and/or experience in conveying this to children and adults. Maybe you also have experience in cash handling, sales, and service?

All positions include supervising and working with summer interns. We are looking for both men and women of all ages, preferably over 23 years old. The work involves approximately 32 hours per week and introductory days before the start of the season.

Mandatory introductory days in June (several days during the period of June 9/10–June 18/19). Jamtli Historieland opens for the season on Midsummer Day, June 21, and continues until August 17. The last working day is August 18.
