We are in need of a new salesperson!

Are you passionate about retail? Are you driven by the challenges that come with working in a department store? Then we need you to join our team. We are currently looking for salespeople for our Gränby location. The position is a part-time permanent position at 50%, starting with a six-month probation period. It would be great if you want to be part of developing Rusta with us!

Your role as a salesperson

Working in a Rusta department store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No two days are the same! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks each day, from cashier work and customer service to restocking and rearranging store departments.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• always prioritize customer and sales focus and contribute to achieving and exceeding the department store's sales and profitability goals.
• efficiently handle cashier work, store displays, pricing, inventory management, and restocking. (including inventory checks)
• maintain order and tidiness.

Above all, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow in your role as a salesperson at Rusta. Being straightforward, having a positive attitude, and a cheerful demeanor are natural for you. You have a strong sense of service and are good at collaborating.
