About the Position

We work, among other places, at 8-Ball in Sandviken and have a mini-casino at Bilagan in Gävle with various casino games that we have recently expanded. We are now looking for competent staff who want to join the team on the journey and continue to strengthen our already highly valued brand. Upon employment, a free training to become a Croupier/Dealer will begin, where you will primarily play Blackjack or poker with the guests.

The base salary is 168 SEK per hour plus commission. Additional pay for previous experience and for each game learned.

In addition to the basic games, the training also includes social interaction, technology, responsibility for gambling addiction, and conflict management. Further training in games such as Texas, Roulette, and others is also available if interested. All of this is free of charge.

Qualifications/Experience

Working as a Croupier requires you to be an open and social person who easily connects with others. You are quick-thinking, committed to doing your best, and are independent but also work well in a team. It is also important that you enjoy and are able to work evenings and weekends.

A driver's license and previous education/experience are advantageous but not required. If you have previous experience from a restaurant casino or tournament poker, please mark your application with "Chefscroupier Sandviken"; otherwise, just "Croupier Sandviken".
