Job Responsibilities within Customer Service

• Answering incoming phone calls and emails from customers.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Providing information about products and services and assisting customers with their questions.
• Recording and following up on customer issues in the system.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer queries and challenges.

Qualifications and Experience for Customer Service Role

• Experience in customer service or similar roles is advantageous.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Interest in working with people and providing high-quality service.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems are a plus.

Employment Conditions

• Hourly employment of at least 8 hours/week, working full-time during the summer and other periods when regular staff are off.
• Location in Örebro.
