The client is in need of a Medior/Senior Business IT Analyst to join a team working on Access Management for the client's CAD/vPDM system. The client's information needs to be accessible to different user categories in various countries according to predefined conditions, such as requirements from information owners in the client's information security organization, legal requirements, and export control regulations. The task involves understanding the users and their needs, access rules, documenting and describing the requirements for the rest of the team, and collectively finding suitable solutions. It also includes testing, preparing training materials, and user instructions.

You will be part of a cross-functional team along with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, developers, system architects, and others. You will work closely with users/stakeholders in the client's global organization, system suppliers, your own team, and other value-creating teams. The client works agilely and plans the work together in ten-week periods.

You will also act as the Scrum Master and during the time the PO (Product Owner) is on parental leave as the PO.

REQUIREMENTS

• You have a degree in higher education or engineering, preferably with a focus on IT

• Experience in access management and IT security work in a large global company

• Knowledge of export control

• Knowledge of CATIA v5/3DX or similar

• Experience with Catia/Enovia system/method development

• Experience in the role of Business (IT) Analyst and Scrum Master

• Agile way of working

• Good communication skills
