Project Manager for our client in Södertälje

We are looking for a project manager for our client in Södertälje! In this role, you will be a key person in driving and leading projects from idea to implementation, with responsibility for ensuring that the project is delivered according to established quality requirements, timelines, and budget.

Responsibilities

In this role as a project manager, you will steer and hold together a cohesive team, focusing on leading project groups of 3-7 people per project. Your responsibility is to drive projects from start to finish, ensure that set goals are achieved, and develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Lead the team of employees towards the project's goals by inspiring and delegating tasks based on the team's strengths, skills, and experiences.
• Responsible for sales and project planning of service commitments, development projects, and ongoing billing assignments.
• Meetings with customers to gather detailed order information and clarify specific requirements for each project.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor project progress, and analyze performance to ensure that short-term and long-term goals are achieved.
• Meet budget goals and conduct financial analyses to ensure the project's economic success.
• Develop and improve business models for service commitments, including contracts and pricing strategies.

Travel may occur, mainly day trips but sometimes with overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or other relevant education matching the role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager for complex projects within the industry.
• Basic knowledge of construction law.
• Good understanding of economic relationships and experience with budget responsibility.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships and successfully leading and developing customer dialogues.
• Fluent in Swedish in speech and writing and good communicative skills in English. Driver's license B.
• Very good proficiency in Excel and the Office package.

Conditions

• Location: Based at the office in Södertälje with travel as required by the position.
• Employment percentage: Full-time.
• The employment is permanent directly with the Client.
