At Arqly, we are a team of 60 consultants working to turn our clients' visions into reality. We have been in operation since 1975 and have been operating under the name Arqly since January 2021.

Arqly takes responsibility for the entirety of the project and its surroundings. We plan, lead, and coordinate all steps, right up to the goal. We excel in leading large, complex projects, but we also work on smaller projects, always with the same dedication.

Job responsibilities

We are now looking for construction and project managers for our office in Nyköping, as we have a high demand for our services. In your role as a construction and/or project manager, you will work on various projects. We work with a mix of clients in the public and private sectors. We undertake projects ranging from large industrial projects to local adaptations, schools, and residential buildings.

Depending on your profile and client demand, you may work as a construction manager, project manager, or design manager. In a small office like ours, the position often involves the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks.

Formal requirements

Applicants should have relevant education and at least five years of experience as a construction manager, project manager, design manager, site manager/production manager, or works manager. Good knowledge of construction law is required.

To be successful in your role, you should have experience from previous projects with good references. It is advantageous if you are familiar with cost estimation and scheduling in Bidcon, Powerproject, or similar programs. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. As business trips are involved, a driver's license and access to a car are mandatory.

You will be responsible for driving projects from start to finish, so you need to be proactive, solution-oriented, and have a business-minded approach. You take great responsibility for your work and take initiative.

In your role, you have the important task of being the client's advisor. The work involves many points of contact at various levels, placing high demands on your communication skills. You value good relationships, have a humble working approach, and are skilled at creating collaborations focused on achieving common goals.
