The Centre Party is a green liberal party that empowers every individual. We work to create a green and secure everyday life for everyone, throughout the country, with down-to-earth visions. The foundation of our politics is the freedom and equal value of all individuals.

We are an open popular movement with close to 30,000 members.
The district of Jämtland County consists of eight circuits of various sizes. In six circuits, we are part of the municipality's political governance, and in two, we are in opposition. In the Jämtland Härjedalen Region, we are in opposition.
We are now looking for a full-time Ombudsman/district leader for the district in Jämtland County.
The office is located in Östersund, but it is possible to work remotely if desired. You need to be able to travel within the district to some extent and sometimes work evenings and weekends.
Job Responsibilities
Among the job responsibilities are:
· Support the district board in its work and lead the district's organization
· Provide support and drive campaign and election work before general elections
· Be responsible for the administration of the membership register, keep the website updated, and ensure our visibility through social media.
· Support our circuits
· Organize and conduct training for members, elected representatives, candidates for various elections, and campaign and election workers.
All of this naturally takes place in collaboration with elected representatives and with the support of our national organization.
We want you to:
· Share the Centre Party's values.
· Have at least a high school diploma.
· Have solid experience in administrative work.
· Have a B driver's license.
We would prefer if you have some of the following experiences and competencies:
· Experience working as an ombudsman or in a similar role.
· Knowledge of the Centre Party's organization.
· Post-secondary education in communication, political science, or another relevant field.
· Experience in project management.
· Experience in planning and leading events.
You need to be able to express yourself well verbally and in writing and handle common computer programs, social media, and websites. Experience in communication, taking initiative and responsibility, and organizational development is advantageous.
As a person, you are structured, organized, and complete what has been started. You are creative, think in new ways, and enjoy finding new solutions to old problems. To succeed in this role, you need to be curious, eager to learn, stay informed about the world, and be willing to develop in your professional role. You also need to have analytical skills and be able to develop long-term strategies by understanding the logic and connections in our often complex environment.

Location and Scope
The position is a full-time permanent employment.
Salary and Other Employment Conditions
We apply individual salary setting and are covered by the Employer Alliance's collective agreement for Non-profit and Non-governmental organizations.
